"We be Orcs, da tru peoples of da worl.  We be gory, er, glorious.  Spirits say so , so it tru."

Orcs are tall, Muscular, green skinned folk who are wild, unpredictable, independant, and self sufficient.  Orcs believe that they share a common ancestory with the dragons, and in fact the dragon clans arose from an ancestrial Orc.  Since dragons are family, the orcs must protect their younger cousins.  Orcish history and ancestory are important to the nomadic orc tribes.  Each tribe is lead by a shaman who must interpet the wishes of both the tribal orc spirits and any dragon spirits nearby.  These wishes become the orders for the tribe.  This ancestor worship leads to a hatred of the Necromancers since warp magic hurts the spirits on both the mortal and the spirit planes.  Since shape shifters share the fight against the necromancers, they are welcome allies and are often invited to partake in raids, even ones that may not have anything to do with a necromancer.  written by Ann.
