*This is a home, try to treat it that way. Please open all soda cans over a sink and report any spills immediately.
* Mark has cats. The cats are not allowed outside. Ozzie, the big white cat is known for sneaking out. Do not let him outsmart you!
*Please leave the bathroom doors open and the seats down. Both the humans and the cats will appreciate it.
